CIC provides your agency a name branded tenant credit report including those elements selected by the client such as eviction information, criminal data (including sex offenders and OFAC), and bad check search. Your clients can even get a unique rental score based on their applied criteria — all in a single report! There is no software to buy and the billing file is sent monthly in an Excel format for easy integration with many popular accounting software packages. |
