Our data can be accessed either as a standalone product through our web site or, for larger volume users, through our XML gateway. We offer different information matching options to meet the data input requirements of your system. In addition, CIC can integrate with a wide variety of CRA software packages.

The CIC Agency Portal
The CIC Agency Portal is designed for credit bureaus and employment screening agencies to effectively and quickly deploy an effective tenant screening program. We work with you to create a name branded website and design a custom report. Your agency has the option of doing tenant screening reports in-house or having customers go online.



How Does It Work?
CIC provides your agency a name branded tenant credit report including those elements selected by the client such as eviction information, criminal data (including sex offenders and OFAC), and bad check search. Your clients can even get a unique rental score based on their applied criteria — all in a single report! There is no software to buy and the billing file is sent monthly in an Excel format for easy integration with many popular accounting software packages.
