The National Apartment Association (NAA)  is America's leading advocate for quality rental housing.  NAA's mission is to serve the interests of multifamily housing owners, managers, developers and suppliers and maintain a high level of professionalism in the multifamily housing industry to better serve the rental housing needs of the public.

NAA is a federation of 192 state and local affiliates, comprised of more than 51,000 multifamily housing companies representing more than 6.1 million apartment homes throughout the  United States and Canada. Members in good standing of any affiliated association are automatically considered members of NAA and entitled to NAA benefits.

California Apartment Association (CAA) represents rental housing owners and managers who operate all types and sizes of residential rental property, from single family rental homes to large apartment complexes. Together, the Association members are responsible for more than 795,000 units throughout the State of California.

Your local association is at the forefront of the rental housing industry and works in concert with the state and national associations to provide you with your membership benefits.

The Apartment Association Greater Inland Empire (AAGIE) has been serving the Greater Inland Empire rental housing industry since 1967. AAGIE provides a wide range of services to its members including legislative advocacy, resident screening, property management information and counseling, along with a variety of seminars on topics such as legal issues, maintenance techniques, and continuing education.

The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties.

The Arizona Multihousing Association (AZMA) is the trade association for Arizona's apartment and rental housing industry. Our members are developers, owners, and managers of apartments or other rental housing. Our Associate members are vendors of products and services to the rental housing industry.

The Apartment Association of Greater Dallas is made up of a wide variety of businesses, including the rental property owners and management companies, with more than 2030 properties representing over 425,000 units in the eleven counties in the north Texas area, as well as 635 companies that provide professional services and quality products to the property owners and management companies.
